I have never written a review before, but this experience was bad enough that I want to warn other renters.
The car was provided 35 minutes late. I was left waiting outside in the hot sun while already running late for an event. When I finally got the car, it smelled of cigarettes.
The biggest problem was safety. The steering constantly pulled to the left, and the car and steering wheel rattled and vibrated badly, even while parking. The windshield wipers worked poorly, and there was no windshield washer fluid, so I couldn't clean the windshield properly and visibility was poor. I also couldn't charge my phone, even using an adapter.
I reported these problems and asked for a replacement because I did not feel safe driving the car. I also tried calling, but no one answered. In response to my request for a replacement on safety grounds, I was told that coming out would cost an additional $120. Being quoted an extra callout fee after reporting these problems was unacceptable.
I expected a safe, properly prepared rental car and help when I reported serious problems. Instead, I spent my time dealing with delays, car problems and trying to arrange a solution. I would not rent this car again and cannot recommend it. I'm sharing this so other renters know what I experienced before booking.

I’ve rented from this team before and never had any issues this time. The vehicle I had was very challenged from the moment I picked it up up into the time. I dropped it off everyone’s entitled to a bad day so I won’t hold it against them. They otherwise are generally on it when it comes to their vehicles this time just wasn’t the best experience, but I’m sure from this experience. They’ll improve on their processes to make sure things are better for people in the future. I will not go into the details all the challenges I’ve had with the vehicle and the experience. Because I like to stay positive, but after the many times that I have rented with them, everything else have been nonetheless on point.
