I only give it 4 stars because the car was still dirty at the time of my reservation started and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean the car instead and out. Other than that the car was really nice and they did a great job cleaning it. I also left my wallet in the car and went back and the attendant gave me the key to get my wallet out. I highly appreciated that as I could not get on my flight without it!

Pick up and drop off were very convenient and easy. There was no need to contact the host outside of initial contact and drop off info. Inside of the car was clean. Outside of car had not been washed recently. The vehicle suited our needs and because we were on a budget it did not have the bells and whistles that we are used to in our own vehicle (observation not a criticism).
