There was a big crack on the windshield, and I don’t think it’s fair to let people rent a car in that condition. Other than that, everything was great. LA AUTO spot is top-notch

Everything was good as usual but the car front window was extremely cracked when I picked it the car up. The associate at the pickup point did offer to swap me out I just didn’t have the time to wait was told it would take 30 to 45min. But other then that issue everything was fine

I was really disappointed in the condition of this car when I arrived. It was dirty on the outside with a bug splattered windshield, it didn’t look like it had vacuumed out interior, it smelled of smoke on the inside, and there was a giant spiraled crack in the windshield. The host was kind and apologetic for my concerns, but there were no efforts made to remedy the situation.
