Overall, the vehicle did what I needed it to do for my trip. There were a few inconveniences at pickup—the tire pressure was low, the vehicle was due for an oil change, and the car could have been much cleaner. I was in town due to a loss in my family, so I chose not to make an issue of these things at the time since they didn’t directly interfere with my trip.
I did end up needing to extend my rental by a few days, and the team was able to accommodate the extension, which I really appreciated. Overall, the vehicle served its purpose, but I do think the maintenance and cleanliness should be addressed for future guests.

Sorry the vehicle wasn’t as clean or prepared as it should have been at pickup. The tire pressure and oil change have been addressed, and the vehicle has been cleaned and confirmed ready for upcoming guests. Glad we could also make the extension easy when you needed the extra days.
Quick and easy pickup! Even though my trip was booked kinda last minute they still had the vehicle available in a decent timeframe. Vehicle drives great! In perfect condition. I would definitely recommend these guys

Car was dirty , they didn’t give me the code for the lockbox until I asked for , and the worst they didn’t put the child safety seat that I pay for and when I requested help they just did not care at all and just stop answering
AVOID this people at all costs you’ll be saving yourself some headaches

There was a big crack on the windshield, and I don’t think it’s fair to let people rent a car in that condition. Other than that, everything was great. LA AUTO spot is top-notch
