Ended up leaving my child's phone in the rental. The hosts were super quick to try and help me get it back (which i did get back 😀). Response time 10/10. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a reply. Car ran great and was wonderful on gas. There was a prior crack in the windshield but didn't effect the drive at all. First time using Turo and couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again. As an out of state-r they made my vacation a pleasant experience.
