Communication was great. Had a couple questions on the process and they responded immediately. Also appreciate the accommodation on timing. Car ran great but did have smoke smell

Car was in good condition but needed an oil

No big issues. Car was parked behind other cars at the pick up spot. The attendant was friendly and pulled the car around.
The car smelled like someone had smoked weed in it and then used pungent cleaning supplies. Interesting mixture of odor.
The ca had no wiper fluid and we were in TX where the pollen and bugs are heavy in the spring.
Return instructions were vague so we returned to the car rental office lot where we picked up the car. Didn’t want to risk any issues.
Overall ok experience.
