Windshield is cracked, does not have the best communication. I spent $100 on an unnecessary Lyft ride to the wrong location, due to unclear instructions. The app had me go to a different location than what he sent me the prior morning

The pickup location was different than the address listed which part of the reason we chose this vendor is because the address listed was close to our location.
Pickup process was okay, car was not cleaned out, had an horrible smell to which we had to buy an air freshener to cover the smell up. I wasn’t expecting to have stains all on the seats and a cracked windshield especially when we are renting a vehicle as out of towners. My vehicle at home is not even in that condition. Definitely should be apart of the description. Overall, it got us to point A to B and efficient on gas but disappointed in the appearance of the vehicle due to misleading and lack of description.
