Windshield washer fluid was empty and the car smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise, everything was great. Cold AC (top priority for summer in Houston!), third row seating, easy pickup and drop-off, and Oscar was responsive and communicative.
Yes so sorry about that .. that morning the previous guest dropped it off smelling like . We did invest in an ozone machine so this problem doesn’t happen again.. thank you!

Car was great! Did everything we needed it to do and more. Huge amount of space for such a little vehicle. I was able to fit my toddlers car seat, and still load the car with gear. Cold air conditioning in this Texas heat! Touch screen radio was a nice feature and made things efficient. Smooth ride. I love that it had a hitch on it, although, I didnt need to use it. Oscar was amazing. Great communication. Responded quickly. Easy pick up and drop off. I even needed to extend the trip and he was super helpful and blocked off the time so he could ensure I would be able to. Amazing host. Amazing car. Would rent again.

The car rides great, but upon receiving the car, the inside was not cleaned out I found fruit snacks, cereal, and other items. I contacted the host. He was very helpful but other than that, the car was great.
Yes really sorry about that our new car wash guys didnt realize there is a 3rd row seat that folds out and missed the cereal crumbs ..we have addressed that to them and thanks for letting me know in time 👍
