Great car just don’t have radio we literally rode around with a blue tooth speaker lol but beside that good on gas

Great host, very communicative and although the original car we chose was no longer available, it was well communicated and an alternative was provided at no additional charge. Also ended up needing an additional day and the host was great with allowing me to keep it at no additional charge. I’d definitely recommend this host as well as rent from them again.

Nice car and easy pick up and drop off

I reserved and paid in full for a Jeep Wrangler with a scheduled pickup on Sunday at 2:30 PM. One of the hosts had messaged me earlier saying I could check the vehicle out early, so I paid for a Lyft and headed over to the pickup location.

Unfortunately, once I arrived, I was informed that the Jeep was not there and was not available. Naturally, that was frustrating given the circumstances. However, Mohammed and another team member immediately stepped in and offered to upgrade me at no additional cost. While I was upset initially, I genuinely appreciated how quickly they acknowledged the issue and worked to make it right.

Because of their professionalism and willingness to accommodate the inconvenience, I canceled the original reservation and booked another vehicle with them instead. I ended up renting a Mercedes, which was absolutely perfect—so much so that I’m now seriously considering getting one myself or an SUV equivalent.

When I returned the vehicle, I was greeted by George, the owner, who was already aware of what had happened. He took the time to personally speak with me and even shared his direct contact information for future rentals, which really meant a lot.

Overall, things didn’t start off smoothly, but the customer service, accountability, and care shown by the team completely turned the experience around. That’s the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.
