Host was great was having trouble with the online service app he helped me
Very friendly reassured me that I could call with any questions also checked on me.
It was raining he was patient with me also moved the vehicle so that I would not get wet while completing my task for trip.
I would definitely rent from him in the near future

Car was not the best. Had to pay $20 fee to change the time when it was stated it’s by the day, not the hour.
Thank you for your feedback. The $20 fee for changing the pickup 2 hours earlier was a Turo platform charge, not something controlled or received as hosts. We contacted Turo on your behalf to try to have it waived, but they said the charge would still apply. We shared that with you and apologized. Since the rest of the trip went smoothly, it is unfortunate to receive a lower review based on Turo’s policy rather than our hosting service. We always strive to provide every guest a great experience.
