I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. The vehicle is equipped with a GPS device for security, theft recovery, and fleet management purposes. Every car goes through a detailed process before each trip, including an exterior wash, deep interior cleaning, and a fresh air freshener. I personally prepare each vehicle and take pride in providing a great experience. I understand everyone has different expectations, and while my goal is always to make every guest happy
Met my needs. The pickup instructions were exact and communication was spot on. I appreciated the flexibility as well. Car was clean and mechanically sound!
