Nice car, not very clean and smelt bad.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. The car was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before the start of your trip. We also use an ozone generator to eliminate any foul odors and then apply a light fragrance afterward. We understand that scent preferences can vary, and it may not have been to your liking. We appreciate your understanding.
