The car was clean, ran efficiently and added a wonderful enhancement to my trip.

Received return instructions before even picking vehicle up instead of pick up instructions at first. Ok no problem. After picking up the car, I kept getting messages stating that no smoking is allowed and fees will be issued if there will be smoking in car. I’m asthmatic and explained I don’t smoke but yet the car has a heavy odor of cigarettes. If only the car had been aired out prior to pickup it would have been fine. Other wise car was ok.
