This car is in excellent condition, both inside and out. It has been meticulously maintained and kept extremely clean, with every detail matching exactly as described. Car was not in the described condition, missing a fender, old tint rolled down and peeling on all 4 windows and a crease, the first time I opened the trunk the whole back light popped out and had dents and scratches throughout the whole vehicle, nice rims but unfortunately all of them scratched & dinged up. The car was not professionally detailed so it seemed like you were borrowing a friends car who wiped it down but was not very clean, still had dust and crumbs around. I personally was embarrassed when I valeted, etc. The host was nice but does not make up for the inconvenience to return and try to book another car. The price should reflect the quality and in this case did not match.
Thank you for renting from us. The rim scratches, fender flare, and tail light issue were from a previous trip. The car was delivered clean and in good condition, but it was returned very dirty with a strong weed smell, which is a smoking violation. The check engine light only appears if regular gas is used instead of premium. I always aim to make every guest’s experience positive and fair.

Host was very communicative and responsive throughout the trip. It was an easy process to pickup and drop off the vehicle. The only issue was some damage to the car that wasn’t shown in the photos but other than that was a great experience.
