Amazing trip!

This was the worst the trip. The owner of this car does not maintain the car. It is unsafe to drive. We had a blowout on the side of the highway and he only cared about the car and not my family. He told me to take care of it outside of Turo because it would be handled faster and now I am out of money and he has a brand new tire on my account. Do NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT rent from this company please.

I have to say all our guest should read turo policy before booking a trip with any host
This is tire polocy:
Guests are financially responsible for flat tires caused by accidental damage, vandalism, or prohibited uses during a Turo trip, unless they selected the Premier protection plan.
Repair or Replace: If repairable, proceed with the fix. If there is sidewall damage or the tire must be replaced, get the host's approval to install a tire of equal or greater quality.
Nice vehicle, however there is smoke odors.
