Unethical behavior.
Tried to scam me by exaggerating my miles and created false gas expenses.
This is one of the accounts who will try to scam you for additional miles and gas. Some of them will create false reports of damages to the vehicles so take photos of that as well. So check to make sure the bumpers (front and rear) were not already hanging, and just snapped in place.
Because of this companies unethical behavior and practices, I asked TURO representatives to look over the account, and I submitted photos. They looked over the account and waived the fees and apologized.
I honestly thought this guy was cool.
Please make sure you have personal photos of the gas and mileage when you pick up and drop off the vehicle.
