Honestly, my experience was very disappointing, both with Turo's customer service and with the host.
To keep my comment brief:
I rented the car and on the confirmation screen it said unlimited mileage, but when I picked up the car they told me it only included 1,980 miles (I rented the car for 32 days and they charged me 44 cents per extra mile) and I immediately got in touch with the host who told me that was Turo's responsibility.
I got several responses from them and they even escalated my request, but they concluded that it was the host's responsibility and that they couldn't help me.
I showed them with screenshots that mine said unlimited mileage but okay, let's say that wasn't the case, I also sent them a screenshot to show them that renting that same car for just 21 days, the miles included were 3,150 and the extra mile cost was 23 cents. (I only use the car less than 3,000 miles)
As you can see, it doesn't make sense that for 32 days they only give me 1,980 miles and for 21 days they could give me 3,150 plus the extra mile cost, I mean it just doesn't make sense.
I'm really sorry that my first experience was like this, they already charged me and I don't owe them anything, I hope you can revisit the matter and see the possibility of giving me a refund, however small.
As for the car, it was great, no problems at all and in perfect condition.
