Had no issues with the car

This car had a very strong cigarette smell from the moment we picked it up from the parking lot. The vehicle was listed as smoke-free, but the odor inside was overwhelming. I had my child with me, and we actually had to leave to get her medicine because we could barely breathe in the car.
We followed the instructions given to us and kept the AC running with the windows open for about 30 minutes in hopes that the smell would go away. Unfortunately, nothing worked. The cigarette odor remained throughout the entire rental period until we returned the vehicle.
The car was also claimed to be sanitized, which clearly was not the case. This feels like false advertising because the vehicle was not smoke-free as advertised.
We’re sorry to hear the guest felt this way. All of our vehicles are listed as smoke-free and are cleaned before each trip. If an odor issue is reported, we take it seriously and work to address it as quickly as possible. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’ll continue improving our inspection process to help prevent situations like this.

Vehicle smells horrible- my preteen kids called it the Weed Car.
Headlight out.
Issue with electronics where the dash light stays on and kills the battery.
First time we were stranded they were very kind and helpful to use resources to get us back going. Luckily after that we were with friends who could assist.
