Good tripeast to pick up and drop off

Advised the host of maintenance issues and they swapped out the vehicle to take care of the issues! I appreciated that! This vehicle is definitely a good point A to B vehicle though! I’d use them again!

Overall, the experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unsafe at times. I would not book again.

I did not have the best experience. First, my car was switched last minute, and the replacement vehicle already had multiple reviews mentioning that it would shake once speeds went above 50 mph. I spoke with George, who told me he would accommodate the situation and speak with the employee at the shop.

When I arrived, the employee at the shop (I do not know his name) was rude, and I had to call George again on speaker phone to explain the situation all over again. George then stated that the issue with the vehicle had supposedly been fixed. I had to remind him that he had already told me 30 minutes earlier that he would provide a different vehicle.

The Jeep I ultimately received was also in poor interior condition. The steering wheel was badly worn, with exposed wires that actually hurt your hands while driving. The next morning, I woke up to a flat tire. I added air, but within an hour the tire pressure dropped back down to 13 PSI. I did not have time to immediately go to a tire shop, but the following day I did, and I was informed the tire had a tear in it.

This was another issue that should have been identified and fixed before renting the vehicle out. Something serious could have happened while driving on the interstate. George did pay for the tire replacement, which I appreciate, but initially he recommended I drive to their preferred shop, which was not realistic since I live in Humble.
