The entire trip was ok. There was an empty bottle of sweet tea and other small pieces of trash in the car when we pick up the car. The exterior and interior was dirty. The sensor for the front left tire and back right tire came on while having the car.

This was my first time using Turo and I did not have a great experience. The pickup location was difficult to complete because the host left the car in an area of the apartment complex that was not easy to access. I did not get a timely response back and the people in the leasing office gave me a hard time when asking for help. I showed them all the information I had to gain access and show them I was legit. It took over an hour to get the car once I was at the location. Also the car was dirty on the inside and the tires were worn and had exposed wires. I didn't have time to make other arrangements at this point and was inconvenienced by having to stop some and purchase materials to clean the inside out. I also have photos to available to backup my claims.
