Extremely cooperative, even with multiple trip changes on my end. Everything went smoothly, great first time experience.

Instructions weren’t clear on where to go to take the shuttle to pick up the car. I also didn’t know I would have to take a shuttle to pick up the car. Usually when I do airport pick up the car is at the actual airport.
The car needs to be heavily maintenanced you can’t even see with the windshield wipers that are on the car currently. It was very scary driving through pouring down rain with wipers that were not helpful. There were also multiple warning lights on in the car for the tire pressure and the auto off.
It drives like it needs an alignment. My partner drives the same car in a Trailhawk version so I’m very comfortable driving this vehicle usually and this just was not a good experience.
The host had a bit of an attitude from the very beginning. They were partially helpful when trying to extend the rental due to my flight being canceled but not really.
Hi Kaitlyn, the vehicle was fully operational with no check engine light or major safety issues. During the trip, you contacted me multiple times about concerns that were later apologized for. You also tried extending the trip at 5am, about 3 hours before it ended and outside business hours, but I already had another reservation booked. I understand that may have been frustrating, but the late return also impacted my next guest
