worst turo rental ever. He called me the morning of the trip to let me know the location on the app is not the location he used. He also refused to use the turo app for communication. He gave us a car with a bad tire on it so 1 hour into the trip the whole car was shaking. I am not a mechanic so I did not know why, then the tire blew out with my family in the car almost causing a major accident on the free way it was a very scary moment. He refused to compensate me for the very expensive tire and blamed me for the bad tire. the mechanic at the shop even reported the tire was bad to begin with. He also reported the tires were old and balding. I will never rent from him again this is very bad business and I will be reporting to Turo to get my money back.
