Car is brand new, the host was very accommodating to me and my kids. He responded quickly and was very thorough every time. He appears to care about more than just business, he cares about the personal wellbeing of his customers- you never know why someone needs to rent a car so I appreciate his kindness, flexibility, and encouragement throughout the time that I had the rental.
