Car was immaculate and easy to pickup and drop off. Will definitely use again.

I picked up the vehicle near Houston Hobby airport. They provided details at the last minute telling me to take the shuttle. We waited for the shuttle for about 15 minutes and decided to walk to The Parking Spot. Google Maps gave me incorrect directions so it took about 30 minutes walking. It took about 15 minutes to find the vehicle. It was locked. I called customer service and I texted the host and they apologized for the delay in unlocking the vehicle. I suggest keeping the customer service number handy to get full instructions and assistance with TURO.
