Renting this Hummer EV was an unreal experience! For a vehicle this size, the acceleration is mind-blowing—it moves like a sports car but with the presence of a tank. The CrabWalk feature is a total head-turner, and the tech inside feels like it’s from the future. The host made the pickup and drop-off incredibly smooth. If you’re looking for a vehicle that stands out and is a blast to drive, this is it. 5 stars all the way!

There needs to be an option for us to put zero stars because I damn sure would’ve put that tonight. It's 30 minutes past checkout time because you idiots gave me an electric vehicle that had about a quarter charged. So it is in the parking lot of Walmart off Cypress Rose Hill and 290.
Why the fuck you would give me EV especially one that wasn't fully charged. I have no clue. But I just had to walk about a mile then get in an Uber and then come back to get my car and I'm furious so your car is at Walmart. Go get it BUT IF I SEE ONE FUCKING FEE OR ONE EXTRA CHARGE ON MY CARD BECAUSE OF ALL THIS SHIT, I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT. AND YOU CAN GOOGLE ME AND YOU'LL PROBABLY SEE THAT. I'M STUPID ENOUGH TO SPEND 50 GRAND JUST TO MAKE YOU SPEND 50 GRAND ON LEGAL FEES BECAUSE YOU MORONS GAVE ME A FAGGOTS ELECTRIC VEHICLE THAT DIED,
I CALLED THE FUCKING HOST MULTIPLE TIMES IT WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES WHEN I WAS TRYING TO PICK IT UP I WILL NOT PAY ONE EXTRA PENNY FOR THIS TRIP AND NEXT TIME IF YOU'RE GONNA RENT SOMEBODY A CAR, MAKE SURE IT HAS A FULL CHARGE BECAUSE UNLIKE GAS STATIONS THOSE LITTLE PACIFIED CHARGING STATIONS AREN'T ALL OVER THE PLACE SO GOOD LUCK AND AGAIN ONE CHARGE AND I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT.
I called the contact. I was supposed to call three times when I was picking up the car before he finally woke up and answered and I know he woke up and answered because he literally said sorry just got up, I will not pay anymore than I’ve already paid so you guys can figure out how to get your car back but I’m washing my hands of this because this is the worst service I’ve ever received on this app from anyone by about 1,000,000 miles
