Communication and timeliness of responses from the host were spot on. Picking up the vehicle at the airport was smooth, with detailed information regarding car location and even navigating the airport - which was helpful since my flight was very late at night.
The vehicle itself was clean on the interior and exterior, looking just like the pictures.
Cons: I’m not sure if this is typical of an electric vehicle, but the charge life was a lot lower than I expected. The vehicle didn’t hold a charge long and its percentage would deplete rapidly. I obtained the vehicle on 80% Friday night, drove to my residence and needed to charge by Saturday night with only one destination between there in that 24 hour period. At one point, the battery declined over 25% while sitting at a restaurant eating. I therefore, had to charge the vehicle daily, with charging locations not very plentiful in Houston - each time for at least an hour.
Once again, the car itself was good but the charge and battery life (whether this is typical or not, I’m not sure), left this being my one and only electric vehicle experience.
