Great communication, great guy

Car was dirty, no gas, transmission problems. Sent pics, sent text messages and spoke with host the day it happened. When I returned vehicle he claimed he didn’t receive pics. Showed him from my phone then he says oh it just came through on his phone. It’s 3 days later. Then he walks up to the car and says there’s a new scratch that wasn’t there before on a car that has scratches on the entire car, paint missing in several places, and dents everywhere. I rented this for a last minute business trip. Absolutely horrible

Car quality was good other than a transmission issue that happened only when we had to go pass 65. The vehicle did in a pinch when we needed to go out of town short notice. Host was communicative
