The car was okay and got me from A to B, which was all I needed. However, I’m rating the experience poorly because there was a German cockroach in the car. While driving it came out from under the steering wheel, where there is a large exposed opening that allows you see the inside of the vehicle. Because of that, I honestly have no idea how many more could be inside. Seeing this roach made me extremely uncomfortable especially knowing that since it was German it could reproduce and lay eggs. I was so uncomfortable that I didn’t drive the car again except to return it to the host. I spent that entire drive worried something was going to crawl on me. The car itself was fine but the pest issue completely ruined the experience.

The host was very responsive and attentive throughout my trip. I had no complaints about the car or the ride whatsoever, it drove great and everything else was smooth. The only negative I would mention is that the radio and Bluetooth didn’t work, so it was a pretty quiet ride. Other than that, everything was great and I had a good experience overall!
