The host was very responsive and attentive throughout my trip. I had no complaints about the car or the ride whatsoever, it drove great and everything else was smooth. The only negative I would mention is that the radio and Bluetooth didn’t work, so it was a pretty quiet ride. Other than that, everything was great and I had a good experience overall!

I want to say the host was very responsive. They made accommodations for repair. This affected my time and milage. When addressed to Turo representative they responded that I still would have to pay overage even the 18 miles I drove for the repair should have been adjusted. This host was very helpful and cooperative but TURO gets no stars and won't receive my business anymore.
