This was a great car and a great experience overall. The communication was good, easy to find the car, and easy to get inside the car. Will definitely use again!

The car drove well, customer service was responsive, and the pickup process has the potential to be very convenient. However, I would not recommend paying extra for a car seat just bring your own. We ended up waiting in the rain for over an hour with our infant due to a car seat issue (they were all dirty) and the vehicle had a foul odor throughout the entire rental period. Overall, the experience had some positives, but the cleanliness and car seat situation significantly impacted our trip.
