It pick up and drop off. The car also ran great and the host was very communicative and accommodating.

Car was unbearably hot had to take the car to auto zone to add coolant or anti freeze. When the host was told about it she seemed to want to argue down my experience even though I have evidence and proof of what happened. Bluetooth SYNC does not work . If you are in need of a rental I recommend picking someone else to work with . Not customer oriented.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your experience did not meet expectations. The vehicle was checked before the trip, and there was no known A/C or coolant issue at pickup. Coolant/antifreeze is for the engine cooling system, while the A/C uses refrigerant, so adding coolant would not normally fix an A/C issue. I was also not contacted during the trip about any Bluetooth/SYNC concern, but I will still have the vehicle checked to make sure everything is working properly for future guests.
