host communication was excellent! pick up was easy with no problems. Drive was a little shaky here and there, but overall would rentagain!

The car was a very clean and well kept auto. The host has had great communication in all aspects from beginning to end.

The vehicle felt like it wanted to breakdown. It kept kicking back at me like it needed a tune up or the transmission is slipping I’m familiar with fords because I own one and this car needs to see a mechanic. I wasn’t able to really go to all the places I wanted to because I was afraid the vehicle will breakdown on me. Also I recommend that the lockbox be taken off the front of the vehicle I had to drive with a big lockbox hanging from the front of the car not classy. But the interior was clean.

After your return we personally drove the vehicle home and did not experience any issues or warning signs related to the engine or transmission. You also mentioned the vehicle having a problem the day before your return but during the trip there was no communication from you regarding your concerns, despite driving over 300 miles.
As for the lockbox, it is removable and guests are welcome to take it off and place it back.
