Air conditioning wasn’t working to well

Host did communicate they would be late. I did not know a whole hour late. Fume smell inside car I couldn’t turn air on and ride was really rough. Seats and ceiling were really dirty.

Engine light on car drives great kinda dirty ac barley blow but I love the way it drives
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
