I had an emergency appointment I needed to make in San Antonio and the host was gracious enough to help. The pickup was super close to me and the ease of the return was very efficent. While the original car I had tried renting wasn’t available, the host accommodated me with this one within the hour of renting. While it’s a bit older, overall it was safe and I let the host know the small issues I encountered. They are wonderful communicators and I look forward to renting again with them.
