Car had many cosmetic defects, smelled like smoke in the inside. Please take better care of the cars that we are paying to rent!

No clear instructions on pick up, car was not clean

Car was extremely dirty. Driver side carpet was not in place. Windshield washer fluid was low. The car smelled like smoke and marijuana. This car was not ready for rental.
