Not the best vehicle

Pickup area was extremely dark. Had to drive to a nearby gas station to take pics. Car was not very clean. Actually the dirtiest Turo rental I’ve had. Have had 20 rentals.

Had to trade in first car because it had a tire that was leaking. Cars were dirty, attendants at the lot were not fast, trained, concerned about the cars they were sending out. The shuttle to and from the lot was great, but having to wait while the attendants meandered around the lot to get the car did not work for me. I expect Turo rentals to be less hassle and time than traditional rental counters. This is the first time I’ve rented a car that felt unsafe and the pickup process was worse than a traditional rental.

The car should not be advertised as an operable vehicle on this app first and foremost. The car started to slow down while pressing the gas on the highway! When pressing the gas it’s a knocking sound, check engine light was on when I picked the car up. Roadside assistance took 2 plus hrs
