Car was not in designated lot at pickup time, but host was accommodating and got us an uber to our hotel dropped the car off a few hours later.

Jordan, I apologize for the initial pickup delay. When you requested an accommodation, I offered to cover a $100 Uber and personally delivered the vehicle to your hotel, arriving before you did. I stayed in communication throughout and also waived the fuel refill and toll charges as additional courtesies. While I’m disappointed these efforts weren’t reflected in the overall rating, I appreciate your feedback and will continue doing my best to take care of every guest.
