Fantastic experience! The car was clean, and exactly as described. Pickup and return were smooth and hassle-free, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip.I rented the car while attending FIFA World Cup match and it made getting around so much easier and more enjoyable. The vehicle was comfortable, fuel-efficient, and performed perfectly during my travels.I would definitely book with this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience. All the communication was automated. On the front end of my trip my flight was early so I asked if I could check in an hour early, no response so I just waited to check in at the normal time. On the back end of the trip I never got a response from the host to give me a QR code for parking so I had to use my own credit card so we didn’t miss our flight. Nice car, worked very well but a really rough customer experience. I don’t mind the automated responses, but not getting a response to be able to checkout was extremely frustrating as we had a very early flight and would’ve missed it had we waited for their QR code.
