Car was clean and exactly what we needed for the trip. It had Apple Play which was an added bonus! We were contacted before and during the trip, plus I had some issues with Parking Spot and was called right away when picking up the car! Customer service was above and beyond! I was definitely going for economy pricing with this rental, but luckily that didn't extend to the customer experience! Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer the next time I visit family!

Joesph was very responsive and helpful. The car smells like smoke so I had to return it early and get a new one. If you don’t mind the smoke smell it’s a good car.
