Great service and communication

Overall the vehicle was ok; it got me to my destination and home safely. There is an issue with the am/fm radio, but Bluetooth works fine. The car has a minor transmission studder every once in a while, but it's a Chevrolet with a little over 100k miles, that's common of the brand. Note to Host, change transmission fluid now or plan on replacing the transmission very soon. AC was struggling in the 100°+ heat, but still cooled. Communication with host was all done by app messaging. First time in 5 yrs (10 rentals) that I never seen a host or representative, which was awkward to me. I wouldn't let that stop me from renting from this Host again. I would recommend.

The car was in excellent condition, and the host was wonderful to work with. The pickup process was quick and easy, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again!
