This car definitely needed some attention. The suspension was quite noisy. Other than that, pick up and drop off were easy, with great communication.

I gave it a 4 star only because the vehicle was not what I expected. I utilize Turo often for vehicle rentals. Host communication was a 5 star but the vehicle should have only 2 star. The vehicle needs a tune up and maybe that will help the vehicle run better.
