The vehicle its self was nice but couldn’t get overwhelming smell of cigarette. It was penetrated into the truck interior. Getting instructions to actually get the vehicle was like pulling teeth. Our flight was already delayed and we just wanted to know where the vehicle was to just pick up and go and they wouldn’t tell me until we actually landed and were heading to the pick up location. This is not like your regular Turo pickup it’s from a rental car company. There was no facilitating our pickup.

We do want to note that no concerns regarding a smoke odor were reported to our team during the trip, which prevented us from having the opportunity to investigate or address the issue at the time. Pickup instructions are provided through our established process to ensure vehicles are properly assigned and available upon arrival.

First time using Turo, and overall a great experience. My only issue, I would've like the car to be recently washed from the outside prior to picking up.

Overall, everything was as expected. However, we did not get the car on time nor was it cleaned.
