The vehicle itself was reliable and drove fine. The pickup and customer service experiences were disappointing. The vehicle was dirty and not ready at the scheduled pickup time. I reported these issues at the time of pickup to a host rep on the phone. After driving the car, I noticed a smoke odor in the car (which was noted at least once by a prior reviewer of this vehicle). I reported the smoke odor at the trip’s end (bought air fresheners during the trip) and also followed up on the pickup issues I had. The customer service experience was not great. One host rep wrongly assumed I never reported the initial issues, and then seemed unwilling to acknowledge or address the smoke odor issue because I reported it at the end of the trip instead of at the beginning of the trip. I understand that not much can be done at that point, but I would expect a different customer service experience than the one I had.

Pick up location was great. The host was very responsive great as well but the car had a strong weed smell in it which is a huge bummer for only having 6000 miles. I have a three year-old, a one year-old and a pregnant wife. It made it very inconvenient to drive around with a super strong smell in it… I hope they get this fixed for future drivers.
