Vehicle was nice, clean, on time and easy to find on the parking garage. The only thing was the sticky residue on the driver window that we could not clean off because the washer fluid was out and the big notification continued to appear on the screen for the trip. Other than that great experience

I was in town for business and spending my limited free time visiting family, so I chose Turo for the convenience. Unfortunately, the vehicle was delivered dirty, needed an oil change, had something caked onto the windshield that would not come off, and had no windshield washer fluid.
These are basic cleaning and maintenance items I would expect to be taken care of before a vehicle is rented out. I didn’t rent a vehicle expecting to spend my limited time dealing with issues that should have been addressed before I picked it up. Overall, it was disappointing and definitely not the convenient experience I expected.
