The car was clean, there were no smells, very spacious everything we wanted for the trip we had planned. Customer service was perfect.
We did have one issue as our trip. At the ending there was a bit of rain the car kept sliding due to the rain. It did not matter what speed we would go it would just slide. Our 8 hour trip turned into a 10 hour trip because of that. Speed limit was 75 we were going 40 at max and the car would slide even when the roads weren’t super wet. It was the weirdest thing ever. When we inspected the car car definitely needs new back tires and an alignment.
Other than the major sliding issue car was great!
