Great, thank you
Anthony •
smooth, easy pickup. car was not very clean and smelled kind of bad. other than that, the trip was great. drop off instructions were not clear and I was contacted by host who was not very kind and was rather accusatory over the phone over a simple miscommunication.

Thank you for the feedback. We’d just like to clarify that clear drop-off instructions were provided, but the vehicle was left on the street instead of being returned to the designated space in our lot. The guest also acknowledged this, and unfortunately it caused unnecessary inconvenience for us. We’re therefore surprised by the comments regarding the drop-off experience.
The host was great and amazing will rent again real soon
