There were quite a few hiccups the Cadillac was locked and after a long day of traveling I had to take another car. Things happen the host did everything they could to rectify the situation and I was grateful. The host even got the required vehicle to my location the next day. Checkout was smooth besides me not knowing the proper way to checkout (this is my first time using Turo). The car drove well and was clean.
