ROACH INFESTED / host stopped responding told me he wasn’t obligated to help! Poor communication skills
Strongly dispute this claim. The vehicle was cleaned and inspected prior to the trip with no issues. One day into the rental, the guest reported seeing a roach and immediately requested a discount. I offered to send a mobile detailer promptly to address the concern, but the guest declined and instead demanded a full refund. There was no evidence of any infestation, and we have not had similar complaints. A resolution was offered but not accepted. Will never rent to this guest again ❌
