Everything about the car was excellent. I had trouble accessing the app at pick up and drop off. I actually have pictures in my phone. I dropped the car off at 5:31 today not 7:36. I didn’t realize I was not completed checking out until I received a message. I am able to access the app here at home and was doing a chat with the help desk but lost connection.
I just hope I don’t get charged a late fee for the app issues. Even the gate guard should be able to show the time the vehicle entered the lot.
Amazing car, amazing trip. I would def use this host again. It even has Sirius radio active.
