The quality and cleanliness of the vehicle was great!!!! We had a small hiccup by he fixed the issue with no problem.

You struggled to operate the car's system and display, and subsequently claimed there was a problem with the vehicle. You brought the car in and tampered with the display settings; however, the issue was simply your unfamiliarity with how to operate the vehicle, given that it is a modern model. You then complained of a maintenance issue, even though the car is a 2024 model and has absolutely no problems; the simple fact is that you did not know how to use it correctly.

The entire process was seamless even though I had a very early pickup time. The vehicle itself is very comfortable, clean, modern, and in great driving condition. The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive any time I needed to send a message or call. I would absolutely recommend renting from him again. Thank you!
