Upon arrival host had me waiting for half an hour after he told me the car was ready and parked in a designated spot the car was not there it was frustrating considering I just got off a long flight and had all my luggage with me

Great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent and the car was exactly as expected. I accidentally booked the wrong date, but the owner was very kind and allowed me to change it without any issues. I will definitely be renting from them again.
