The car look nice and drove great but smelled intensely of smoke that we had to keep windows down for the entire trip. It gave us allergies and made our eyes hurt. Would NOT rent this car if you are sensitive to smoke . We tried to get a new car and Turo customer service was horrible. The owner of bmw was very nice but unfortunately the car was very poor quality.
Thank you for the feedback, Laura. When the concern about a smoke odor was mentioned, I immediately offered solutions and personally came to your Houston hotel to treat the vehicle. Before leaving, you noted the smell had improved. I always work quickly to resolve guest concerns. Since this trip, the vehicle has hosted additional guests who left great reviews and reported no odor concerns.
