Priscilla was really patient with us but we struggled to find the parking garage and level where the car was parked for pick up at the airport. The car itself was great. A luxury car in good condition and the ride was awesome. Apple car play worked great and we had no issues connecting our cellphones. Our only issue was that the windshield washer pump wasn’t working, which at times made for unsafe driving. Priscilla was quick to respond and we hope to rent from her again. The return at the airport was a little stressful due to a blaring fire alarm, which caused us to mess up with the key lock, but again this was not Priscilla’s fault and if anything she was patient and worked with us to return the key differently. Thanks for lending us Misty and being so patient with us!
